Winemaking at BSI begins in the vineyards with the selection from the best plots of our partners and monitoring maturity process. Following the selection and maceration the aging process takes place in American and French oak casks in our GÉMINA hall which has the most advanced systems for regulating the temperature and humidity. Under these optimum conditions the aromas of the wines mix with the aroma of the wood which, depending on the aging time, will become excellent wines whether consumed within the year or left to age as crianzas (vintage), reservas (aged for at least 3 years) or grandes reservas.

Traditional preparation which evolves with the new trends in consumption in order to respond to the tastes of the new wine connoisseur who seeks new sensations in persistent slightly acidic, velvety wines.
