Made from Monastrell grapes harvested early to collect the grapes with the suitable sweetness. For its elaboration, only the free-run must has been used. Brilliant cherry red color, fruity in the nose, with Monastrell varietal aromas. In the mouth, it is smooth, slightly acid and well balanced.
