This special wine is made from Airén grapes, with a cold maceration technique, to extract aromas, followed by fermentation and ageing in new American oak barrels, during three months. It is a fresh, light wine, with a brilliant pale yellow color. Fruit aromas and spiciness from the oak are combined.
