Wine made with Monastrell grapes, by using the carbonic maceration technique, in which the whole grapes undergo maceration phase in a carbonic gas environment to extract the aromas and a second alcoholic fermentation phase. The result is a smooth wine, with a powerful character and dark fruit aromas.
