Elaboration
For the elaboration of ENTRAÑABLE, a centrifuge process by cold decanting is used. This system allows us to separate the two phases of the oil extraction: liquid and solid, thus obtaining a guarantee of maximum purity, as the olive oil doesn’t get in contact with the constitution water of the olives, and it doesn’t confer it unpleasant aromas and flavours.
